Solo-Jec 9 is a combination vaccine for healthy dogs 6 weeks of age and older. It helps protect against canine distemper, infectious canine hepatitis, canine adenovirus type 2, parainfluenza, parvovirus, and four Leptospira serovars. Each single-dose package includes a vial of dry vaccine, sterile diluent, and a disposable syringe with needle for preparation and administration.

Single-Dose Package: Includes one vial of dry vaccine, one 1 mL vial of sterile diluent, one disposable syringe with needle, and instructions.
Directions & Dosage:
Aseptically rehydrate the vaccine with the supplied diluent and shake well. Administer the entire 1 mL dose subcutaneously, following the product label and your veterinarian's instructions. Do not inject directly into a blood vessel.

Initial Vaccination: Repeat the 1 mL dose in 2–3 weeks.

Puppies: Puppies vaccinated before 9 weeks of age should be revaccinated every 3–4 weeks until 14–16 weeks of age, as directed by a veterinarian.

Maternal Antibodies: Maternal antibodies may interfere with the development of active immunity, so additional booster doses will be required in most young animals.

Revaccination: Consult your veterinarian or the manufacturer for guidance on booster frequency. The need for annual revaccination has not been established for this product.
About Leptospirosis:
Leptospirosis can spread through contact with urine from infected animals or water and soil contaminated by infected urine. Potential carriers include rodents, wildlife, livestock, and infected dogs. Limiting access to potentially contaminated water may help reduce exposure. Consult your veterinarian about your dog's risk and whether Leptospira vaccination is appropriate.
Storage:
Store at 35–46°F (2–8°C), protected from direct sunlight. Do not freeze or mix with other products except as specified on the product label.
Cautions and Warnings:
Vaccinate healthy animals only. Illness, shipping stress, malnutrition, or parasitism may interfere with an adequate immune response. Do not vaccinate pregnant animals. This product has not been tested in pregnant animals. In case of an anaphylactoid reaction, administer epinephrine under veterinary direction. In case of human exposure, contact a physician. Inactivate unused vaccine contents before disposal.
