The wallet is a central location to find all your rewards.

What are Blue Ribbon Members? +

Blue Ribbon Memberships is our newest way to bring you more value. For $49 a year, members enjoy exclusive rewards, additional savings, and unique benefits designed to make shopping even better.

If I already have an account, do I need to create a new one to earn points? +

If you already have an active account, you were automatically enrolled in our rewards program. If you have multiple accounts, only 1 rewards account was created per person.

Where can I locate my rewards account information? +

"Rewards Wallet" now holds all your rewards information and details! It stays on the right hand side of the website. If you close it out click on the "my account" up at the top then "Rewards" to access you wallet.

Will I receive points for purchases I made prior to creating my rewards account? +

Points will only be applied for purchases made after the creation of your rewards account.

What if I have an old email address or multiple email addresses and want to combine my accounts and reward points? +

Contact us by emailing rewards@jefferspet.com and we will be happy to assist you. OR you can make the request via live chat.

How do I earn points? +

With NEW rewards there are several activities to earn! Make a purchase, download the wallet pass, and so much more!

Why didn’t I earn Rewards on my purchase? +

Rewards will be given 30 days after order has been placed. If you see you rewards have not been applied please contact use via live chat or email.

Why can't I Log into my Rewards account and redeem my points? +

Your browser or device maybe blocking the rewards program, try using a different device or web browser.

Will I be able to use my points/rewards in the store? +

Points need to be redeemed on your online Jeffers Rewards account, then present the coupon with code to cashier to receive discount on purchase. If you have additional questions, please speak with a manager for help.

How do I redeem my rewards points? +

First sign into your Jeffers account, then once you are done shopping you can redeem coupons directly in checkout. You can also redeem you rewards directly from your rewards wallet.

How do I Cancel? +

Open your rewards wallet and click "manage membership" and there you can cancel your automatic billing.

Why didn't my Free Shipping Apply? +

Free shipping for Blue Ribbon Member only applies to the Economy shipping method. FOB(Freight on Board) Overweight items, Vaccine, or express shipping methods do not apply.
