At Jeffers, we’re truly grateful for the dedication and sacrifice of the men and women who serve our country. As a small gesture of appreciation, we offer a 5% discount to verified active-duty military members and veterans. Verification only takes a moment, and once completed, you’ll receive a unique discount code to use on the products your animals rely on every day. Thank you for your service—and for allowing Jeffers to be part of the care you provide.

To apply for and be eligible for the discount please follow these steps:
  1. Log into your Jeffers account
  2. Click the "Verify Status" button below. An additional window will open from VerifyPass*
  3. You will need to complete the verification form, and you may be asked to upload documentation verifying your status.
  4. After verification approval, you will receive on-screen a one-time use promo code.
  5. Use the promotion code at checkout to receive the discount. Please make sure to include the full code.

Who is eligible for the Military discount?

Active Duty Military Personnel, Reservists, Retirees, and Veterans may be verified and eligible for the discount.

What kind of documentation do I need to upload?

Military personnel may need to upload official government-issued documentation that shows their first and last name, a branch of service, and current military status.

How long will it take to get the promo code?

In most cases, verification is almost instantaneous. We will provide your promo code on-screen. Occasionally, verification requires a document review and can take longer.

Can I use this discount in a retail store?

No, the discount can only be redeemed online. Retail offers additional military service discounts.

Terms and Conditions

PROGRAM TERMS

  • Offer valid for current verified military registrants who are U.S. residents.
  • Registrant will receive a discount code valid on qualifying and available products only purchased only on jeffers.com. Unused discount codes expire when the program ends and are subject to program changes. 
  • Participation in the discount program and use of discount codes are non-transferable and are for the use of the verified person only.  Any such transfer or unauthorized use may result in immediate account suspension and/or order cancellation.
  • Merchandise ordered must be solely for personal use by the military personnel placing the order – no orders will be accepted for others under this program.
  • Not valid for online credit or cash.
  • Shipping charges and taxes are calculated after the discount is applied.
  • Any suspected fraudulent activity, bulk ordering, resale, and/or violation or abuse of this program will result in immediate account suspension and/or order cancellation and may void the warranty and return policies related thereto.
  • Jeffers reserves the right to change, extend or end the offer and this program without notice.
