What is Autoship or Subscription?
Autoships are repeat orders that will be sent on the frequency of your choosing.
How much will my next order be discounted?
On going orders will have a 5% discount unless specifically noted. MERCK brand and associated brands will not be discounted
How can I cancel my order?
Log into your customer account and click subscription up at the top. There you can cancel, pause or reschedule your subscription orders
Why didn't I receive my discount?
MERCK and associated MERCK brands are not eligible for discounts. If you still feel like this is an error please contact support
How will my order ship?
Subscription orders will default to the cheapest shipping method. Vaccine subscription orders will ship ground during winter months (October - April) and Next day air during summer months (May-September).
