SPECTRAMAST® DC (Ceftiofur Hydrochloride) Sterile Suspension is a broad-spectrum, veterinary-strength antibiotic specifically designed for dry cows. Formulated to treat the most common bacterial pathogens in modern dairy herds, it effectively targets Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus dysgalactiae, and Streptococcus uberis at dry-off, helping prevent and control subclinical mastitis.

Directions:
Infuse one syringe per affected quarter at the time of dry-off. Before treatment, wash teats thoroughly with warm water and an approved dairy antiseptic. Dry teats completely, milk out the udder, and wipe the end of each teat with a separate alcohol pad. Select desired insertion length (full or partial), insert tip into teat canal, push plunger to dispense the entire contents, and gently massage the quarter to distribute the suspension.

Important Safety Information:
People with known hypersensitivity to penicillin or cephalosporins should avoid exposure. Observe a 30-day dry cow period and a 16-day pre-slaughter withdrawal period following the last treatment. Use only as indicated on the label; failure to follow milk discard instructions may result in violative residues.
