Bravecto 1-Month Chews provide monthly flea and tick protection for dogs and puppies. Containing fluralaner, these oral prescription chews kill adult fleas and treat and control several tick species for one month. They are suitable for dogs and puppies 8 weeks of age and older weighing at least 4.4 lb, making them an option for growing puppies and dogs that need monthly parasite protection.

Bravecto 1-Month can be started at any time of year and administered monthly year-round. Give with food as directed by your veterinarian.

Parasites Controlled:

• Black-legged tick (Ixodes scapularis)
• American dog tick (Dermacentor variabilis)

• Lone star tick (Amblyomma americanum) — control is approved for dogs 6 months of age and older.

Dosage and Administration:

• Administer orally once monthly at a minimum dose of 4.5 mg/lb (10 mg/kg) of body weight.
• Give with food.
• Treatment may begin at any time of year and continue monthly without interruption, as directed by your veterinarian.

Precautions:

• Neurologic Reactions: Fluralaner belongs to the isoxazoline class of medications, which has been associated with neurologic adverse reactions, including tremors, ataxia, and seizures. These reactions have been reported in dogs with and without a previous history of seizures.
• Seizure History: Use with caution in dogs with a history of seizures or neurologic disorders.
• Lone Star Tick Limitation: Bravecto 1-Month is not effective against Amblyomma americanum in puppies younger than 6 months.
• Breeding, Pregnant, and Lactating Dogs: Safety has not been evaluated in these dogs. Consult the package insert and your veterinarian before use.
• Species Restriction: For dogs only. Do not use in cats.

Storage:

Store at or below 86°F (30°C).
