Dosage:

Administer orally at a rate of 5 mg of pyrantel base per pound of body weight (11 mg per kilogram). Do not exceed 1 gram in total. 

Ingredients:

Active: Pyrantel base (50 mg per mL)

Inactive: Citric acid, potassium sorbate, purified water, glycerin, sodium benzoate, sucralose, vanilla custard flavor, xanthan gum.
