Panacur C Canine Dewormer (Fenbendazole Granules), 3 pk

Panacur C Canine Dewormer (fenbendazole) is a safe and effective dewormer for puppies 6 weeks or older and adult dogs. It provides broad-spectrum treatment for roundworms, hookworms, whipworms, and tapeworms.

Uses:
For the treatment and control of:

  • Roundworms (Toxocara canis, Toxascaris leonina)
  • Hookworms (Ancylostoma caninum, Uncinaria stenocephala)
  • Whipworms (Trichuris vulpis)
  • Tapeworms (Taenia pisiformis)

Dosage:
The daily dose is 50 mg/kg (22.7 mg/lb) of body weight. Refer to the dosing chart for the correct dose.

Dosing Chart:

  • 10 pounds: 1 gram
  • 20 pounds: 2 grams
  • 30 pounds: 1 gram + 2 grams
  • 40 pounds: 4 grams
  • 50 pounds: 1 gram + 4 grams
  • 60 pounds: 2 grams + 4 grams
  • 80 pounds: 4 grams + 4 grams
  • Over 80 pounds: Use combinations to obtain the recommended daily dose

*Packet size is the daily dose. Treat your dog for 3 days in a row. Weigh your dog to ensure the correct dosage. If your dog's weight is between suggested sizes, use the next higher size. For example, a 15-pound dog should be treated with the 2-gram packet. Mix the daily dose with a small amount of food and ensure your dog eats all the medicated food. Moisten dry dog food to aid mixing. Repeat the dose for 3 days.

Fenbendazole Granules 22.2% (222 mg/g)

Cautions:
Keep this and all medication out of the reach of children. In US clinical studies, 3 of 240 dogs (about 1% of the treated dogs) experienced vomiting associated with the product.
