BORDETELLA BRONCHISEPTICA VACCINE Avirulent Live Culture

Nobivac Intra-Trac Oral Bb is an oral avirulent live culture vaccine for dogs and puppies 7 weeks of age and older. It’s designed to help protect against Bordetella bronchiseptica, a leading cause of Canine Infectious Respiratory Disease Complex (CIRDC), also known as kennel cough or infectious tracheobronchitis.

Easy to administer—reconstitute with the provided sterile diluent and give 1 mL into the cheek. Thimerosal-free and shown to be safe in 300+ dogs across breeds. Ask your vet about booster schedules.

Canine Infectious Respiratory Disease Complex (CIRDC) is a highly contagious respiratory condition affecting dogs, especially those in close-contact environments like boarding kennels, grooming salons, daycare centers, dog parks, and shelters. It spreads quickly and causes dry coughing, gagging, nasal discharge, and in severe cases, bronchopneumonia. Preventive vaccination helps reduce the risk in social or high-risk dogs.

Storage and Handling:

  • Store refrigerated at 2°C - 8°C (35°F - 46°F); do not freeze
  • Use only new, non-chemically sterilized needles and syringes (does not come with needles/syringes, must be bought separately)
  • Reconstitute aseptically with the provided sterile diluent immediately before use
  • Mix gently until dissolved
  • Administer 1 mL orally into the buccal cavity
  • Inactivate and dispose of unused contents properly

Cautions:

  • For use in healthy, non-parasitized dogs only
  • Not tested in pregnant dogs
  • Do not mix with other products unless labeled for such use
  • May cause hypersensitivity or anaphylactic reactions in rare cases; treatment may require epinephrine, corticosteroids, or antihistamines
  • In case of accidental human exposure, contact a physician immediately
