Modified Live Virus and Avirulent Live Culture
Nobivac Intra-Trac 3 is a specialized intranasal vaccine designed to protect dogs from key respiratory pathogens, including canine adenovirus type 2, canine parainfluenza virus, and Bordetella bronchiseptica. This formulation is ideal for use in veterinary practices, providing effective immunity through a non-invasive nasal application. This vaccine is crucial for preventing kennel cough and other respiratory illnesses in dogs 3 weeks of age or older.
Formulated with modified live virus and avirulent live cultures, Nobivac Intra-Trac 3 is thimerosal-free, ensuring a safe vaccination experience. It is intended for intranasal administration only. The vaccine should be stored at 35°F - 46°F (2°C - 8°C) and used immediately once prepared.
To prepare the vaccine, rehydrate it with the provided diluent according to the detailed instructions. Administer 0.5 mL intranasally using the enclosed applicators. This vaccine should be given to dogs at 3 weeks of age or older, with annual revaccination recommended. It is important to follow the specific guidelines for preparation and administration to avoid systemic reactions and ensure efficacy.
*Standard dose is 1 mL administered intranasally. Vaccine may be rehydrated with less than 1 mL of diluent to minimize discomfort when vaccinating small dogs and puppies. For one 1 mL dose, rehydrate vaccine with 1 mL sterile diluent or for one 0.5 mL dose, rehydrate vaccine with 0.5 mL sterile diluent.
1. For intranasal use only. Do not inject. Systemic reactions from inadvertent injection may include vomiting, diarrhea, and lethargy. 2.
