Nobivac Intra-Trac3 ADT Intranasal Vaccine for Dogs
Nobivac Intra-Trac3 ADT is an intranasal vaccine for healthy dogs that helps protect against three respiratory pathogens associated with canine infectious respiratory disease complex, commonly known as kennel cough: Bordetella bronchiseptica, canine adenovirus type 2, and canine parainfluenza virus. Administered through the nose using the supplied nasal applicator, this vaccine is intended for healthy dogs 3 weeks of age and older.

Directions & Dosage:
Dosage: Administer one 0.5 mL dose intranasally to dogs 3 weeks of age and older, using the supplied nasal applicator and nasal disk. The dose may be instilled into one or both nostrils.
Preparation of the Vaccine:
- Hold the vaccine vial upright. Lift the flip top and pull it to the left to remove the aluminum seal. Remove the rubber stopper, but do not discard it.
- Hold the nasal applicator upright. If diluent is visible in the neck, gently tap the applicator to move the liquid into the chamber. Hold the applicator by the neck and remove the tip.
- Carefully insert the neck of the nasal applicator into the upright vaccine vial.
- Gently squeeze the diluent from the applicator into the vaccine vial. Do not discard the applicator.
- Replace the rubber stopper and gently shake the vial until the vaccine is fully rehydrated.
- Remove the rubber stopper and insert the applicator neck into the upright vial.
- Gently squeeze and release the applicator to draw the rehydrated vaccine into it.
- While holding the applicator upright, slide the nasal disk over the applicator neck.
- The vaccine is ready to administer.
Administration: Gently squeeze the nasal applicator to instill the full 0.5 mL dose into one or both nostrils of the dog.
Important: This vaccine is for intranasal use only. Do not administer by intramuscular (IM) or subcutaneous (SQ) injection. A syringe and needle are required for rehydration but are not included. Follow the complete manufacturer instructions supplied with the product.
Revaccination Schedule:
Annual revaccination is recommended, or revaccination may be considered before group confinement. The need for an annual booster has not been established. Consult your veterinarian or the manufacturer for current recommendations on revaccination frequency.
Packaging Available:
25 x 1 mL sIngle doses. Does NOT include syringes and needles.
Storage & Handling:
Store at 2–8°C (35–46°F). Do not freeze. Do not mix with other products except as specified on the product label. Inactivate unused vaccine contents before disposal.

Intranasal use only: Inadvertent intramuscular (IM) or subcutaneous (SQ) injection has been associated with serious systemic reactions, including vomiting, diarrhea, lethargy, loss of appetite, jaundice, liver failure, and death. Localized tissue necrosis at the injection site has also been reported. If accidental injection occurs, monitor the dog closely and seek immediate veterinary care.

Post-vaccination reactions: Mild coughing may occur following vaccination.

Pregnancy: This product has not been tested in pregnant bitches. Consult a veterinarian before use in pregnant dogs.
