Mannheimia Haemolytica-Pasteurella Multocida Bacterin

The Pasteurella (Pneumonia) Vaccine is a Mannheimia haemolytica–Pasteurella multocida bacterin formulated for use in healthy cattle, sheep, and goats. It helps protect against respiratory disease and pasteurellosis associated with *Mannheimia haemolytica* Types 1 and 2 and *Pasteurella multocida*. This vaccine is administered by subcutaneous injection and may be used as part of a herd or flock vaccination program under veterinary guidance.

Features:

• Livestock respiratory protection: Helps protect healthy cattle, sheep, and goats against disease caused by Mannheimia haemolytica and Pasteurella multocida.
• Bacterin vaccine: Contains bacterial antigens to stimulate an immune response.
• Subcutaneous administration: Given by SQ injection according to label directions.
• Preservatives: Contains thimerosal and formalin.
• Slaughter withdrawal: Do not vaccinate within 21 days before slaughter.

Dosage and Administration:

• Administer 2 mL subcutaneously (SQ).
• Repeat in 2–4 weeks, as directed by the product label.
• Shake well before use.
• Use the entire contents when first opened.
• Do not mix with other products.
• Maternal antibodies may interfere with the development of active immunity, so additional booster doses may be needed in young animals.
• Consult a veterinarian for guidance on vaccination schedules and revaccination frequency.

Storage:

Store at 2–8°C (35–46°F). Do not freeze.

Cautions and Warnings:

• Safety in pregnant animals is unknown.
• This product was licensed before a minimum age for use was required. The duration of immunity is unknown.
• An anaphylactoid reaction may occur after administration. If a reaction occurs, administer epinephrine (adrenaline) or an equivalent treatment as directed by a veterinarian.
• In case of human exposure, contact a physician.
