Lixit Water Nipple Valve Repair Kit

The Lixit Water Nipple Valve Repair Kit for models L-70 and L-80 includes a gasket seal, filter screen, valve boot, centering spring, and stainless steel screw. This comprehensive kit provides everything needed to replace the valve on Lixit pig water nipples. For best results, follow the included directions carefully.

Directions:

  1. Dip the rounded end of the lever into alcohol or a mild dish soap solution.
  2. Insert the rounded tip of the lever into the large open end of the boot. Use a back-and-forth motion to get the lever started.
  3. Once the lever is started, press against the threaded end with the palm of your hand or thumb in a quick snapping motion. If the lever slips too far into the boot, push back on the boot. Maintain a gap of approximately 1/8 inch between the boot and the lever tip.
