Fluvac Innovator 6 is a combination vaccine for healthy horses that helps protect against Eastern, Western, and Venezuelan equine encephalomyelitis, tetanus, equine influenza, and respiratory disease associated with equine herpesvirus types 1 and 4 (EHV-1 and EHV-4). It includes the Kentucky 97 equine influenza strain and supports routine vaccination against several important equine diseases.

Directions:

Shake well before use. Aseptically administer 1 mL intramuscularly (IM). The supplied directions specify a two-dose initial series, with the second dose administered 2–4 weeks after the first; another section specifies 3–4 weeks. Confirm the correct interval on the current product label before administration. Annual boosters are recommended. Horses with repeated exposure may benefit from revaccination every 3 months, as advised by a veterinarian.

Storage:

Store refrigerated at 2–8°C (35–46°F), protected from light. Do not freeze. Prolonged exposure to higher temperatures or direct sunlight may reduce potency. Use the entire contents when first opened.

Withdrawal:

Do not vaccinate within 21 days before slaughter.

Cautions/Warnings:

For veterinary use only. This product has not been tested in pregnant animals. Transient injection-site reactions may occur. Contains formalin, thimerosal, neomycin, and polymyxin B as preservatives. Do not mix with other products. In case of an allergic reaction, administer epinephrine and seek veterinary assistance. In case of human exposure, contact a physician.
