Cashel Feed Rite Bag

I know it’s been a decade since I ordered another feed bag but darn things have changed. This FEED BAG is mesh. In other words, it’s a sifter, not a feed bag. The minerals and supplements and powder medicine get sifted out of the feed (which is the opposite purpose of a feed bag). Mesh doesn’t mean canvass. But it comes with a pretty case and looks nicely made so 4 stars for that. 2 stars for being a feed bag.

Excellent product. Have used the Feed Rite Bags for years to feed in the field and on trips; works great, and the colors are a way to ensure that helpers get the right meal to the right horse. Durability is great (6mo or so) if kept dry and stored hung
