Canine Spectra 10 Plus Lyme is a combination vaccine for healthy dogs 9 weeks of age and older, providing protection against 10 canine diseases and infections, including distemper, adenovirus, coronavirus, parainfluenza, parvovirus, leptospirosis, and Lyme disease. Formulated with modified-live and killed viral and bacterial antigens, it includes a CPV-2b strain demonstrated to provide protection against CPV-2c in puppies with maternal antibodies. The vaccine is supplied as a freeze-dried vaccine cake with a separate diluent for reconstitution and subcutaneous (SQ) administration.

Directions:
For subcutaneous (SQ) administration only.
- Aseptically rehydrate the vaccine cake with the supplied 1 mL of vaccine diluent.
- Shake well to mix thoroughly.
- Withdraw the entire contents into a syringe.
- Lift the loose skin behind the neck or behind the front leg and administer the full 1 mL dose subcutaneously(SQ). Do not inject directly into a blood vessel.
Dosage:
Initial Vaccination: Administer one dose, followed by a second dose 2–3 weeks later.
Revaccination: Annual revaccination with a single dose is recommended according to the product label and your veterinarian's guidance.

Storage:
Store in the dark at 35–46°F (2–8°C). Do not freeze.

Vaccinate healthy animals only. This product has not been tested in pregnant animals. Do not mix with other products except as specified on the label. In the event of an anaphylactoid reaction, administer epinephrine as directed by a veterinarian. Inactivate unused vaccine contents before disposal. In case of human exposure, contact a physician.
