Jeffers Padded Black Leather Dog Collars with O-Ring and Nickel Hardware

The collars looked really nice and durable and totally matched it's pictures. Unfortunately instead of 26" long they were 32 1/2" long. As the representative from Jeffers said, the biggest size they sell are the 26". Their manufacturer totally messed up and made them too big. I don't blame Jeffers as they were already pre-packaged.
