I bought several

The legs detach so this can be bought for chicks. Then attach the legs so that you don't have to put bricks under it when they get older. Fill it to the top and it wont tip over till it gets almost empty. The lid keeps chickens from poopin in it. The hang

Cute, but

I like this since the top helps keep food dry if it rains, but since it is lightweight, the legs just make it easy for the chickens to push over and pour out the food. Think it will be fine if it was hung.
