How do I Enter the Photo Contest?*
Submit a photo depicting one of the following:- Your pet with their favorite hedgehog or heggies plush dog toy
- A Heggies Plush Dog Toy on its own in a setting that matches their personality
- An illustration inspired by the Heggie of the Month

Heggie of the Month Photo Contest Rules

ENTRY:
No purchase necessary to enter or win. Contestants will enter by submitting hedgehog-related photos (either a hedgehog plush dog toy on its own or with a pet) or hedgehog-related illustrations via the Jeffers blog (form above). Contestants may enter as many months as they wish but please limit submissions to one photo per Heggie of the Month (once every 28 to 31 day period). If the picture relates to the theme or Heggie of the Month, contestants will be allotted an extra entry. Please keep pictures family-friendly. All submissions which do not meet the criteria will be disqualified from the current month's contest.

ELIGIBILITY:
This contest is open only to legal U.S. residents, over the age of 18. Employees of Jeffers, Inc. and their families are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. Contestants residing in those areas where the contest is void may participate in the contest but may not win any prizes.

WINNER SELECTION:
Winner will be chosen at random each month from all qualified contestant submissions submitted for that month. An employee of Jeffers, Inc. will draw a random winner from all submissions.

PRIZES:
The winner will receive the upcoming Heggie of the Month. For the month of September, three (3) winners will be chosen to win one of three Halloween-themed Heggies. For the month of November, six (6) winners will be chosen to receive one of six Christmas-themed Heggies.

WINNER NOTIFICATION:
Winners will be notified within 2 business days after the submission end date for the month entered. The submission end date falls each month in 2017 at 12:00 AM (EST) on the last day of the month. The winner will also be announced via Jeffers Facebook page. Inability to contact a winner may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

- Participants hereby grant Jeffers, Inc. a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to broadcast, publish, store, reproduce, distribute, syndicate, and otherwise use and exhibit the Submission (along with their names, voices, performance and/or likenesses) in all media now known and later come into being for purposes of trade or advertising without further compensation. Participants represent and warrant that they have full legal right, power, and authority to grant Jeffers, Inc. the foregoing license and if applicable, have secured all necessary rights from any participants in, and contributors to, their Submission in order to grant such a license.
