Solo-Jec 10 is a combination vaccine for dogs formulated to help protect against canine distemper, parvovirus, adenovirus types 1 and 2, parainfluenza, canine coronavirus, and four Leptospira serovars. Each single-dose package includes a vial of dry vaccine, sterile diluent, and a disposable syringe with needle.

10-Way Protection: Covers canine distemper, parvovirus, canine adenovirus types 1 and 2 (CAV-1 and CAV-2), parainfluenza, canine coronavirus, and Leptospira Canicola, Grippotyphosa, Icterohaemorrhagiae, and Pomona.

Single-Dose Package: Includes one vial of dry vaccine, one 1 mL vial of sterile diluent, one disposable syringe with needle, and instructions.

For Dogs Only: Do not vaccinate pregnant animals.
Directions and Dosage:
Aseptically rehydrate the vaccine with the supplied diluent and shake well. Withdraw the entire contents and administer one 1 mL dose subcutaneously according to the product label and your veterinarian's instructions. Do not inject into a blood vessel.

Initial Vaccination: Repeat the 1 mL dose in 2–3 weeks.

Puppies: Those vaccinated before 9 weeks of age should be revaccinated every 3–4 weeks until 14–16 weeks of age, as directed by a veterinarian.

Maternal Antibodies: Maternal antibodies may interfere with active immunity, so additional boosters will be required in most young animals.

Revaccination: Consult your veterinarian or the manufacturer for guidance on booster frequency. The need for annual revaccination has not been established for this product.
About Leptospirosis:
Leptospirosis can spread through contact with urine from infected animals or water and soil contaminated by infected urine. Potential carriers include rodents, wildlife, livestock, and infected dogs. Consult your veterinarian about your dog's exposure risk and whether Leptospira vaccination is appropriate.
Storage:
Store at 35–46°F (2–8°C), protected from direct sunlight. Do not freeze or mix with other products except as specified on the product label.
Cautions and Warnings:
Vaccinate healthy animals only. Illness, shipping stress, malnutrition, or parasitism may interfere with an adequate immune response. This product has not been tested in pregnant animals; do not vaccinate pregnant dogs. In case of an anaphylactoid reaction, administer epinephrine under veterinary direction. In case of human exposure, contact a physician. Inactivate unused vaccine contents before disposal.
