Directions:

Always follow your veterinarian’s dosage and administration instructions. Administer orally at 1 to 2 g of phenylbutazone per 500 lb of body weight, not to exceed 4 g daily. Begin with a higher dose for the first 48 hours, then gradually reduce to the lowest effective maintenance dose. When administering, ensure the horse’s mouth is empty and place the paste on the back of the tongue using the marked syringe plunger. Store at 59°–86°F (15°–30°C).
