This was just what I needed. A simple, reasonably prices foal halter

I purchased a riveted breakaway Foal Halter.===r for a new foal. It serves it's purpose, BUT in future, I would buy a quality one, like Weaver Leather.

Kinda small, especially for my 5 month old QH weanling.

Would be best suited for small breed foals and sucklings, not the bigger weanlings.

Aside from that some of the leather was darker on one side, lighter on other pieces, so it doesn't all match

We got this halter for our baby donkey and it's working well. It's easy to put on and take off although it sits a little awkwardly behind his pole. Not sure if it's because we're using it on a donkey or if that's the way foal halters are supposed to fit,
