Directions:

• Pre-Event Use: Feed 1 scoop/packet of pellets the evening before performance and 1 scoop/packet the morning of performance. Administer additional scoops/packets to enhance post-performance muscle recovery.
• Maintenance: Feed up to 1 scoop/packet of pellets per day with morning feed as needed for daily maintenance.
