Jeffers Solaris Draft Turnout Blanket – 1200D, 360g Heavy Weight, Standard Neck

Jeffers Draft Solaris 1200D Standard Neck Turnout Blanket – 360 Gram

The Jeffers Draft Solaris Turnout Blanket was designed specifically for the unique proportions of draft horses and draft crosses. Measurements from a variety of draft breeds and crosses helped create a purpose-built fit with an adequate drop for broader backs and longer barrels, a roomy neck opening for muscular, rounded necks, and an adjustable chest opening for broad, more upright chests.

The rugged 1200 denier outer shell resists rips and tears while the waterproof, breathable construction provides dependable protection from the elements. With 360 grams of polyfill insulation, this heavy-weight turnout provides substantial warmth for cold-weather conditions. A contoured skirt creates a belly-wrap effect for additional coverage and warmth.

Adjustable chest buckles with quick snap & dee closures, generous shoulder gussets, and a tail flap provide a secure fit and comfortable freedom of movement. Elastic crisscross surcingle straps, belly bands, and hind leg straps offer a flexible fit and can help reduce the risk of injury if a strap becomes caught. Reflective strips at the chest and rear improve visibility during low-light conditions.

Neck rug attachment dees allow a compatible neck rug to be added when additional coverage is desired. Neck rug is not included and is sold separately.
