The bark collar didn't work on our exuberant Labrador, and we found that it had arrived with a dead battery.

Replacement batteries on the PetSafe site are inexpensive but the shipping charge more than doubles the cost. We hope we can find these batteries elsewhere.

Their chat AI is irritating and unhelpful. So far we aren't happy with PetSafe's customer service. We hope that changes and we get the collar to work with our big barky girl.

Game changer!!! Tried for over a year (with poor results) to stop adult Aussie from aggressive fence running with barking, territorial barking (HEY YOU, get off your grass!!! Get off the street! Get in your house!!! Etc)
All the nonsense & nuisance behavior stopped after few corrections done by collar. Now he self corrects when audible is activated. He’s returned to being the quiet pleasant 8 year old dog we adopted: comes when called, plays with our other 2 dogs, lounges in the grass!! I’m not the frustrated bad guy any more., I’m sure my neighbors appreciate the quiet from him & me.

I purchased this collar for my barks-alot Shih Tzu. It stopped the barking on the first day. The collar is no longer working even after a change of batteries, but he doesn't seem to realize it. He only barks now when he is not wearing the collar.

The battery compartment, or on/off switch, is very difficult to open or close. It bent after a few times using it so it was no longer operable. Jeffers replaced it, and the new one is also very stiff, but so far functions ok. It does work to control my
