Welcome to the terms and conditions ("Terms") for the Jeffers Blue Ribbon Membership program. These Terms are between you and Jeffers, Inc. and/or its affiliates ("Jeffers," "we," or "us") and govern your rights and obligations as a member.

By enrolling in the Jeffers Blue Ribbon Membership, you acknowledge that this is an auto-renewing subscription. You will be charged $49 every 12 months until you cancel. You may cancel anytime through your online account or by contacting Jeffers Customer Service.

Your use of the Jeffers website and Jeffers Blue Ribbon Membership is also subject to other applicable agreements, including the Jeffers Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Arbitration Clause

Your Jeffers Blue Ribbon Membership is subject to the arbitration clause in the Jeffers Terms of Use. All disputes will be resolved through mandatory binding arbitration. You waive the right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Jeffers Blue Ribbon Membership Rewards

  • For every eligible $1 USD spent (after discounts and before taxes), you will earn $0.02 in Jeffers Blue Ribbon rewards credit, redeemable toward future eligible purchases.
  • Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash, applied to past purchases, or used to purchase gift cards or memberships.
  • Rewards are applied at checkout and will appear in your rewards balance once the order has shipped.
  • Rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable, and expire 12 months from the end of the month in which they were earned, unless a longer period is required by applicable state law.
  • Gift cards and memberships are excluded from earning rewards.
  • Jeffers may change earning rates, eligibility criteria, or terminate the rewards program at its discretion.

Membership Fee, Renewal & Cancellation

  • The membership fee is listed on the Jeffers Blue Ribbon Membership page.
  • Jeffers may change fees, benefits, and terms, but will provide notice before your next renewal. Any fee changes will not affect your current paid term.
  • Memberships automatically renew unless canceled. You authorize Jeffers to collect the membership fee and applicable taxes using your payment method on file.
  • You may cancel anytime through your account or by contacting Customer Service. Cancellation is effective at the end of your current paid term, and no further charges will occur.
  • If payment fails, you must update your payment method promptly or your membership may be canceled. If recharged successfully, your new term begins from the payment date.
  • Cancel within 3 business days of enrollment for a full refund, minus the value of any used benefits. Outside that window, refunds are only available if no eligible purchases or benefits have been used since your last membership charge.
  • If your membership term is 12 months or longer, Jeffers will send you a reminder notice before your renewal is charged.

Shipping Benefits & Eligible Purchases

  • Membership offers reduced or free shipping benefits, subject to product eligibility and availability.
  • Only eligible items sold by Jeffers qualify; eligible items will be indicated on product pages.
  • Shipping fees, surcharges, or taxes may still apply.
  • Upgraded shipping services (e.g., Next Day Air, Saver options, heavy/oversized items) are excluded.
  • Jeffers may exclude certain items at its discretion.

Exclusive Member Offers & Promotions

  • Members may occasionally receive limited-time discounts, bonus rewards, or promotional offers.
  • Each offer has its own terms and may be subject to purchase history or eligibility criteria.
  • Jeffers reserves the right to modify or withdraw offers at any time.

Additional Terms

  • Membership is available only to individuals 18 years or older.
  • Memberships and benefits—including promotional codes—are non-transferable (unless expressly stated).
  • Membership is intended for personal or household use only; bulk purchases or resale are prohibited.
  • Some benefits may require minimum purchase amounts, have shipping limits, or may not be available where prohibited by law.
  • Jeffers reserves the right to terminate a membership at any time for misuse, fraud, or convenience, with reasonable notice.

Privacy & Data Use

Jeffers collects and uses your information consistent with its Privacy Policy. Data may be used to administer the program and for marketing communications. Continued membership after updates to our Privacy Policy or Terms constitutes your acceptance.

Termination by Jeffers

  • Jeffers may terminate your membership at any time.
  • If Jeffers terminates for reasons other than misuse or fraud, you will receive a prorated refund for full unused months.
  • No refunds are provided if termination is due to misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

Jeffers’ total liability in connection with your membership will not exceed the last membership fee you paid. This limitation applies to all causes of action and survives cancellation or termination.

Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

All disputes related to the Jeffers Blue Ribbon Membership or these Terms will be handled in accordance with the arbitration agreement set forth in the Jeffers Terms of Use.
