DIRECTIONS: Directions for Use: Initial Administration (4 to 6 week period) Weight/Amount 5 – 10 lbs 1 small bite daily 11 – 20 lbs 2 small bites daily 21 – 30 lbs 3 small bites daily. Maintenance Administration* Weight/Amount 5 – 10 lbs ½ small bite daily 11 – 20 lbs 1 small bite daily 21 – 30 lbs 1 ½ small bites daily. *May be doubled for moderate cases.
