K-CIT-V plus Cranberry Granules 300gm (Potassium citrate granules plus Cranberry extract) is designed for use in dogs and cats to help maintain normal urinary tract function where supplementation of Potassium Citrate is indicated.

Potassium Citrate aids in maintaining urinary pH by alkalinizing the urine, making it less acidic. K-CIT-V is used as a supplement in cases of calcium oxalate stone formation. While it won't dissolve existing calcium oxalate stones or prevent new ones entirely, it helps create an alkaline urine environment where these stones have difficulty forming.

The granules have a chicken flavor appealing to both dogs and cats and can be easily mixed into your pet's favorite food.

DIRECTIONS:

• For Dogs: 1 scoop per 10lbs. (4.5kg) of body weight twice daily or as directed by your Veterinarian.
• For Cats: 1 scoop daily or as directed by your Veterinarian.

Dosage amount and frequency may be adjusted to maintain a urine pH between 7.0 to 7.5. Do not exceed 30 grams per day.

Administration: A 5 gram scoop is enclosed in the container for accurate dosing. Measure out the necessary dosage and add to the animal's food as directed by your veterinarian. Mixing well with food may help facilitate complete consumption.
