The BioPRYN Early Pregnancy Detection Kit measures the presence of PSPB in the blood circulation of sheep and goats with over 99% accuracy. Results are typically available the next day, depending on which BioPRYN laboratory facility utilized.

I had to chime in and write this for any new people who are looking at purchasing this for the first time. We have used them for many years and they have always worked fine. Operator error will cause the vial not to draw blood: missing the artery, pulling the needle out too soon, excited and wildly moving animal, etc. We have experienced these types of problems, too. You must make sure to see the artery that you isolate to inject the needle to draw blood as well as not go through the other side of the artery wall. The first time is definitely a learning experience.
I struggled with this for three days! Still have not been able to fill a vial or even got more than a few drops of blood for my dairy goats. The kit does not come with a syringe needle. The only thing is a vacuum tube. You have to hold the needle and deli
