BioPRYN Early Cattle Pregnancy Detection

The BioPRYN Early Pregnancy Detection Kit measures the presence of PSPB in the blood circulation of cattle with over 99% accuracy. Results are typically available the next day, depending on which BioPRYN laboratory facility utilized.

Important: The cost of sample analysis is included in the purchasing price of the kit.

Cattle Pregnancy Kit Includes:

  • 12 Vacuette 4 mL plastic Blood Collection Tubes
  • 12 Vacuette 18-gauge by 1" double-sided Single Use Needles
  • 10 pre-paid BioPRYN test vouchers to redeem at any participating BioPRYN Affiliate Lab
  • 2 Blood Collection Tube and Needle Holders
  • Instructions and submission forms

Recommendation: Cattle to be 28 days post breeding and 73 days post-calving for all breeds of cattle.

Easy to use

Really easy to use this kit. Was able to confirm pregnancy on two of my ADCA Dexter cattle that I Artificially Inseminated the month prior. Drew blood Sunday, mailed Monday and had my results by Thursday morning. I'll definitely be purchasing another kit

Not worth the hassel

The kit is fine, but the effort needed to collect the blood, pay for shipping and By the Way, find a willing shipper, it would have been as cost effective and much easier to wait 10 more days and take them to the vet.
