I use this on my long haired cat and it works great on getting the undercoat off! He doesn't really sit still for combing, but I can get quite a few strokes through before he moves on and it works wonders! Love it!

I think this might be a good tool, so I am hesitant to give it such a low rating. But it did not work on my horse's hair, my mini's undercoat, and it did not work for shedding my cat. I think maybe the length of the teeth was wrong for my needs.
