I thought these were well worth $20. My horses kept them on for 6 weeks or so. They smell strong, but not unpleasant, and I believe they helped prevent ticks from climbing up their legs. Wish I could order more but they are out of stock!

I had some hope that these would work(for a young horse not used to things around its legs) to keep those pesky biting stable flys off my horses legs! Put them on and it didn't even Phase the flies! should have saved my money and spent it on fly boots!!!

These work great as far as protection goes. Even after about 3 weeks they were still protected from peskybiting flies and gnats, but around 2 days after I put them on the front right fell off. The snaps are weak and broke almost immediately, i think that

after a week, noticed less flies hanging around but after 2nd week it seems to be the same then more flies came back

I have a chestnut mare w/ 4 white socks. Bugs constantly tear her legs up in the summer. I bought these being very skepital but i am very pleased to see they really work they still git her a little but thats what fly spray is for they protect her legs so
