Fits Over Any Stall or Fence?????!!!!!!????

It fits if the width to be hooked onto is less than an inch and a half. Thats it...
If the width to hang it on is bigger than that, forget it. I've never seen a stall divider that thin, so ither than a thin stall door, or a flimsy fence that's a single
