This girth helps prevent forward slippage and is cut to match the natural cone shape of the rib cage, offering a smaller diameter in the front to ensure consistent pressure on both the front and back of the girth.

Designed with a padded cutaway to reduce pressure on the elbows, the Micklem Long Comfort Girth allows space for free elbow movement. The elastic sections at both ends maintain even pressure without sideways pull.
