JP Korsteel Copper Link Hunter Dee Bit

Korsteel JP bits are designed by trainer and jockey John Patterson and provide the utmost comfort for your horses.

This bit has a curved mouthpiece and copper oval link to reduce the "nutcracker" action and to alleviate pressure on the tongue and bars of the mouth. By preventing the "nutcrackers" effect, this mouthpiece is not making contact with the roof of your horse's mouth which will keep your horse more calm and comfortable during your ride. This allows for a more effective communication between the horse and rider and allows for relaxation and salivation Dee rings are a compromise between an eggbutt and a full cheek snaffle, preventing pinching at the corners of the mouth. This is a mild bit designed to create less pressure than a standard French link mouth. Made with stainless steel with a copper oval link.

Buying my second one

My go-to bit for my horses for schooling. The d is large and good looking. The bit has held up well and the horses love the roller oval in the link.
