Equi-Spot, 12 week supply

Equi-Spot® Spot-On Fly Control is easy to apply and contains 45% Permethrin to effectively protect horses from pests for 14 days. The water- and sweat-resistant formula kills and repels house flies, stable flies, face flies, horn flies, gnats, and ticks on horses. This spot-on treatment is ideal for pastured horses, as the treatment stays on longer than sprays. There are three defense zones that need to be covered to effectively apply this fly control treatment. The chest, head and neck are defense zone 1, the sides of your horse's body are defense zone 2, and the legs or your horse are defense zone 3 (video below).

Seems effective if used with fly predators

My 2 horses had no reactions. Good for turn outs. Using fly predators on the property too. FL is terrible in the summer and the combination seems to make things bearable.

No problems

I was on the lookout for reactions but zero. My horses are fine and have very, very few flys for being in a pasture with over 100 degree weather.

Bad Reaction

I put this on several horses and all of them broke out in large red welts, eventually loosing hair , it took months to completely recover from it.

Did not work for my horses

I was encouraged by the reviews that stated this product worked for their horses, but unfortunately it did not work on my 4 pasture horses. Worse it seemed to make the hair stand up where I applied to the their backs. Not sure if this is normal, but I w
