PentaFlex Ingredients & their Benefits:

• 6000 mg per dose of Glucosamine HCl to assist in cartilage repair and synthesis of synovial fluid

• Creatine to enhance muscle support around affected joints

Directions:

• Adult Horses: Orally administer 1/2 to 1 level scoop daily
• Adult Dogs: Orally administer 1/8 to 1/4 scoop daily
