Directions: Just open package and expose HeatPax Body Warmer to air. Maintains a minimum temperature of 122 degrees F, an average temperature of 133 degrees F, and a maximum temperature of 144 degrees F. No chemicals, no batteries, no flame. Non-toxic and biodegradable.

Ingredients: iron powder, water, activated carbon, vermiculite, wood powder, salt.
