Pyranha Equine Spray & Wipe

Pyranha Equine Spray & Wipe is a water-based formula that provides quick knockdown of flying insects, and won't attract dust or grime. Effective for up to 30 days, this ready-to-use, non-greasy formula contains 0.25% pyrethrins, 2.5% piperonyl butoxide, 0.50% permethrin. This citronella scented repellent can be applied either as a spray or as a wipe-on.

  • mosquitoes
  • fleas
  • face flies
  • gnats
  • lice
  • deer ticks that may carry Lyme Disease

Directions for use:Thoroughly wash and brush horse to remove excess dirt and debris from the coat. Avoid getting the treatment in the eyes and mucous membranes. Pay special attention to the horse's legs, belly, shoulders, neck and face. When applying as a wipe-on, use a sponge or clean cloth and apply liberally over the areas needing protection. When applying as a spray, apply a light misting, while brushing the coat lightly against the lay of the hair. For heavy insect problem, reapply every 10-14 days to maintain maximum control. Reapply after the horse is washed or exposed to heavy rain.

Citronella scented.

Fly relief

Been using Ultra Shield for years. Thought it was time for a change. Tried the oil based Pyranha years ago with bad reaction on 4 horses. The water based formula has not caused any burns and makes flies bug off! Use with good ventilation!

Continuous spray is no good!

Great fly spray, but the continuous spray doesn't work. Out of 24 cans, only 2 of them actually sprayed until the can was empty. Some went about half way, others one tiny spritz and then nothing. Hope they get the cans fixed, I really like the continuo

continuous spray is a waste of money

Pyranha is one of the only fly sprays that actually works. stick with the traditional spray bottle though. This is my second time purchasing the aerosol and they won't spray. The first one never worked at all. This last one I was able to spray one side of

One of the best!

I live in the desert and dust and dirt stick to oil based sprays. I'm happy with the spray's effectiveness and I like the citronella scent as well.
