Weatherbeeta ComFITec Durable Mesh Horse Fly Mask w/ Ears & Nose

I want to return the Cob size that I ordered. It is really big. It is bigger than the horse size. My smaller mare wears a Cob size bridle this mask is really big. Please tell me how to return it.

I purchased this mask for my blind horse, cob size. The cob size is more closer to a regular horse size. He has gotten every mask off, but this one. He wore it pretty much 24/7 during the summer. The nose ribbon, is starting to come off, after being on all summer and fall. But it was touching the ground when he's grazing. So I expected it to wear out. I plan on just stitching the nose ribbon back on and use again next year. I plan on purchasing another one or two for spares.

Ordered in April of 2021. Received about a week later. After about 1 month of use the purple seam at the nose started coming off. By the end of June 2021 it was completely loose and hanging by her mouth. I called Jeffers and with no problems they are send

The horses are simply rolling and it's popping off. The way the crown is bunched just pulls it off the horses head with no effort. The velcro is also very cheap and doesn't last longer than a few wears. Will not purchase again
