Very disappointed in the quality of the halter material, bought because it was supposed to be 1/4" rope for the halter and it wasn't. The braid of the rope was soft and loose not stiff and the snap came undone/turned around to the "open" position the firs
This is a very good halter at a very affordable price. Have a horse that was let do whatever it wanted by the children that had him, NO ground manners. This halter has sure helped me get him going in the right direction. Very well made and easy to use.
I bought this solely to compare it to some I bought from a very high end natural horsemanship trainer, so that I can possibly start using these for my own line of products. That being said, I'd like to change a few things about it if I could.

I got this particular halter because the reviews said it was big, one even said it fit their draft horse. The horse I bought it for is a "small," 16 hand Percheron with a refined head, the horse sized rope halter for $7.95 and matching lead from Jeffers f
Overall this is a great halter set for the price. The rope on the halter is a little stiffer than I would like and the knots were a little too big for my 14.2 hand quarter horse. The lead rope is very decent, although it had a few snags when I received it
