Vetoquinol Care Ear Cleansing Solution is a gentle yet effective product designed for routine use with both dogs and cats. This one-gallon solution helps maintain healthy ears by creating an environment that supports ear health. It contains denatured alcohol, which aids in drying the external ear canal, making it especially beneficial after baths and swimming.

The active ingredients in this solution include SD-Alcohol 40-2 (10%), Lactic Acid (1.76%), Benzoic Acid (0.15%), and Salicylic Acid (0.1%). The solution also contains a fragrant base that includes Aloe Vera Gel, providing a soothing effect.

To use, apply the solution liberally into the ear canal, massage the base of the ear, and allow your pet to shake its head. Any excess can be wiped away from the outer ear with a cotton ball. For very dirty ears, the solution can be applied 2-3 times daily for several days. However, it should not be used for more than 7 consecutive days without consulting a veterinarian.

For routine cleaning and maintenance of healthy ears, the solution can be used 1-2 times weekly or as recommended by your veterinarian. It should always be applied after swimming.

Please consult your veterinarian if your pet shakes its head or scratches its ears frequently. If redness or irritation develops or persists, discontinue use and consult your veterinarian. This solution is for topical use only and should be avoided contact with eyes.

The solution should be stored between 15C and 25C (59-77F).
