Product Description

Aluminum Hydroxide Gel, Antacid, Mint Flavor, 16 oz

Aluminum Hydroxide Gel is used to reduce symptoms of sour stomach, nausea, and indigestion in dogs and cats. It may also be used to decrease the amount of phosphate in the blood of patients with kidney disease. This mint-flavored antacid is effective for your pets.

CAUTIONS/WARNINGS:
Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are taking a prescription drug. Antacids may interact with certain prescription drugs.
When using this product you may get constipated.
Stop use and ask a doctor if symptoms last more than 2 weeks.
Keep out of reach of children.

DIRECTIONS:
Use this medication exactly as directed on the label, or as prescribed by your veterinarian. Do not use it in larger amounts or for longer than recommended. Shake the oral suspension (liquid) well just before you measure a dose. To be sure you get the correct dose, measure the liquid with a marked measuring spoon or medicine cup, not with a regular table spoon. If you do not have a dose-measuring device, ask your pharmacist for one. Give medication with water. Aluminum hydroxide is usually taken between meals or at bedtime.

INGREDIENTS:
Active Ingredient (in each 5 mL teaspoonful)
Aluminum hydroxide 320 mg....(purpose) Antacid.
Inactive ingredients: Benzyl alcohol, butylparaben, flavor, glycerin, hydroxyethylcellulose, propylparaben, purified water, saccharin sodium, simethicone emulsion, sorbitol solution.

Store at room temperature.
Protect from freezing.
Keep tightly closed.
Tamper evident: Do not use if foil seal under cap is broken or missing.
